16oz WildCrafted Seamoss Gels

Sea Moss helps your body clear the respiratory system of any excess mucus/phlegm, which is particularly helpful when you are dealing with a cold. Sea Moss is also a prebiotic and helps to get rid of bad bacteria in the gut, which further increases digestive health. The benefits list is endless!

Storage, use, and cautions

🌊 Wildcrafted & mineral-rich — Sea Moss Gel is naturally rich in minerals, protein, and iodine, harvested from coastal waters.

❄️ Storage — Keep refrigerated at 34–38 °F to slow bacterial growth. Stays fresh up to 3–4 weeks refrigerated, or up to 6 months frozen. Always inspect before use; discard if you notice an odd pungent aroma, a light grayish watery or slimy coating, or any mold.

🥄 Suggested use — Add 1–2 tablespoons daily to smoothies, drinks, or foods. We recommend at least 2 tablespoons per day and staying well-hydrated (at least 1 gallon of water daily).

⚠️ Cautions — Because Sea Moss is naturally rich in iodine, it is not recommended for people currently taking iodine medication (commonly prescribed for thyroid conditions). Please consult your physician before use in that case. Individual results may vary — before using any supplement, consult your health care provider or nutritionist.
